The fact is i have backup cancer vehicles with the same weapons
Limited land attack with GPS+INS guidance afaik so nothing crazy

Yeah, just checked, cant lock BMP thats moving on test drive and seeker only starts tracking a target once its within 2km after they pass the size requirement. Trust me ive been using it in ground its basically a glorified bomb with a motor and no self guidance. Ive killed a few Buk’s just gotta cloud their radar with GBU-39 then fire both Penguins
I like the Penguino’s but they are bad,
At least RBS 15 will look snazzier to account for being abysmal at striking land targets.

RBS-15 could be quite good for ground due to its larger warhead. For dealing with anti air systems that is

you mean LRASM, because that is the equivalent of those systems (at least the versions you are thinking about)
harpoon should be added way before either of those
