yes in air rb, its straight better then all 4 canberras at the same br, its faster and has CCIP which means it can bomb bases faster then the canberra
No you don’t know what you’re talking about. You simply suck in any vehicle that isn’t sitting 5 miles out dropping guided weapons with 0 way for SPAA to kill you.
Ain’t you the one saying the ccip on the saab is better than two wall eyes?
Sorry i dont have any problems killing planes or jets in spaa bud. This is simply a skill issue on your part. You should probably learn how to play the A4E so you can use it effectively since you can’t seem to see how great it is.
And a 2000lb with CCRP, literally my loadout on my A4E is the 2000 with two agm 62A idk how he thinks they are equal lmao
I don’t think a plane’s br should be balanced by comparing it to the canberras.
calling either just better or worse doesn’t work. Walleyes can be used without risk (unless you’re within range to lock onto thermals), but you only get 2 of em. SAAB can potentially get alot more kills with CCIP but at a far greater risk of SPAA.
Who said that? This is simply a skill issue on your part. You should probably learn to use CCIP so you can use it effectively since you can’t seem to see how great it is.
you can get potentially more kills with the pe-8.
This also needs to be talked about that you have to get rid of your guns if you want to go full in on bombing leaving you with 2 aim 9b’s as your only defense. Nose mounted 20mm are nice not to mention forward wingslats help if you get into a fight after using ordinance. Additionally rocket boosters help for getting back into the fight faster than the 105. All these little things are why they are different BR’s Additionally agm 62 self guide which is very potent, allowing me to deal with targets on the move instead of having to lead a bomb on the 105 and (if we use your idea of sitting 2km up.) That 1000lb bomb could land anywhere within 200m+ of the target thats not wven accounting for them moving.
The problem with CCRP and and CCIP is that these are dumb bombs. The higher you are the more likely they are to go off target. Moving targets requires the pilot to account for where they will be when the bomb hits. AGM 62 has surprisingly good tracking which i originally thought it would be more similar to AGM65A which has a tendency to fail more often then my 62A’s. Smart weapons will always be a safer option when fighting ground vehicles then just using dumb bombs.
From my experience i maybe land my 2000lb maybe 3/4 of the time due to either the target moving while i line up or from it just going slightly off target. The bigger payload on that bomb is nice in helping with minor flight path changes but its not always going to work.
why not? similiar bomb load, also the bucc which granted has a higher bombload but is still subsonic, without flares, is 9.3, the saab105 shouldnt be that low
That’s based almost soley on luck and is unreliable. Avoiding SPAA and getting kills with individual bombs is skill based and is far more reliable.
are we talking about the same plane?
you can equip flares.
Use your rockets. Even more potential kills.
Rockets have too much random spread thus not skill based. They are well suited for dealing with SPAA though.
Thats why i can use 5 bullpups on the A4E and those are pretty good unlike the nords. So even more kills
use your five bullpups.
Then why do you keep talking about walleyes and a 2,000lb bomb?
Eh depends on when i pull CAS, if i know spaa is up i normally pull agm 62A, lets me stay away and it self guides. 2000lb is great for clearing a cap. Bullpupnis better if there isnt too much spaa. Nice for cleaning house when they have a few guys running around in the open.
