RWR on F14 A IRIAF not working

I only get a “?” On my RWR and I watched some F14A videos and the F14A has the same RWR but gets the names on its RWR. Is it a bug?

And another question is the ACM only 9km on the original F14A?

The early F-14A and Iranmobile RWR is pretty garbage. If you see a ? for a long enough time than you should just go defensive bc 9/10 times it’s a missile.

At least it shows right position, unlike SPO-10 and Mirage F1 RWR

It’s not garbage. Other nations don’t even have digital RWRs yet at this BR and only identify the approximate sector of the incoming threat.

It may tell you where the threat is but it doesn’t tell you what type it is and if they have launched. Even the Detecteur tells you there’s a CW missile. Sometimes when I don’t have missiles I’ll lock up F-14 players and they always scramble to go defense because they don’t know if I will launch a missile, already have, or are just locking them. It’s kinda funny to see them all turn around too lol.

I hate this. Since it doesn’t know if you are a Friendly or a Foe it can lead to mishaps. And players doing it for fun is just sadistic!
