During Astro so called “tests” all missiles flew right into the blindspot that it always had…
And people are surprised when the blind spot lets the missiles through.

Doesnt he literally say thats its not a datamine? Which begs the question how he knows? I want it to be true but im kinda sceptical if a youtuber puts out a video about a change without any actual backup.

Not just that, but in his cleverness, he tested it with a SAM system that has two firing modes: photocontrast and IR. As we know, you can’t fool a basic TV seeker with a device made to fool an IR seeker. As we see, he used automatic mode, meaning this test becomes even more useless as the game would try both seekers and use whichever gets a lock over the other.

All time also includes tanks that are in the game for 3 weeks now with lots of the best players switching to them and compares that “short term” spike to tanks that are in game for 3 years. some of them had very strong and oppressive lineups for 2 of those years. some had absolutely broken cas and spaa support while others didnt. Some were top of the foodchain till one year ago but bit by bit better tanks have been introduced in other tech trees. creating a completely different picture nowadays. not that the t90m was top of the foodchain at any time. cuz it wasnt. leo2a7, Type10/TKX and Strv 122s say hello, that for example just got access to dm53
why not compare it to a couple of months stats just before the current patch where lots of very good players switched back to play the US? April 2026, for example. Winrate russia 12.7: 56.2%. T90m is #21 of all 12.7 tanks and spaa sorted by K/D and #22 sorted by K/S. out of 35. If we disregard the spaa it is # 18 out of 25 mbts for K/D. Not looking very good on that end…
And thats me telling you that as an avid t90m enjoyer. i really do like the tank. maybe it suits my playstyle, maybe i enjoy not getting as heavily harrassed by cas, maybe i dont like being completely defenseless vs cas and especially helis like you are if youre playing japan for example. But its still not a meta tank just because i like it and do decent in it (compared to my other top mbts) or because it has one of the most powerful lineups for top tier especially considering cas and spaa.
