Adopt to what exactly? First one was showing me perfect broadside while other one was showing me his side on slight angle which are perfect moments to take a shot, saying i should adopt and aim more precisely is nothing but coping at this rate.

You had free shot on the first BMPT’s lower side, and i’ve seen many other clips where this free shot is visible but people haven’t learned to shoot there. I also never said it should do that. Was my first sentence in this convo.

In my experience, lower side of BMPT has ammoracked it every time.

Simple, according to him you evade those ERA’s and shoot lower part of its armor.
What he forgot is that every time you do that you also gamble against spalling and damage effect.

In my experience that is also 50/50.
It either cripples/kills or does nothing.
In mine as well but that was not the question, the question was how do you adapt to ERA being wonky when it reacts differently every time you shoot it? Sounds less like an adaption problem than like a modeling problem, dont you think?

You adopt by trying not to hit it in the first place, or one plate at most.
There are situations where this isn’t possible, and its annoying when it isn’t for sure.
I never said it wasn’t a modelling problem. I always advocated for an ERA rework.

I can also save bunch of clips where every time i killed BMPT’s and say its balanced but that wouldn’t reflect the reality wouldn’t it?
In this 20 minutes and my overall past 3 months or so facing Terminators the lower side has never failed me. It was in response to this, which I didn’t quote, that’s on me.
And? it still doesn’t change the fact that its a gamble.
I also faced where my lower side shot failed me multiple times on BMPT’s yet you don’t see me claiming that happens all the time compare to yours.
Last I checked, when you gamble, you don’t have a 100% win rate. Theoretically possible I guess.
Clip? Probably too low.
Which is why your claim is questionable in the first place considering your clips chosen from multiple games with careful management.
Unlike you i don’t clip every single game i play but doesn’t change the fact BMPT’s damage model is pretty inconsistent.
Anyone is welcome to go through my replays and see if any of my lower side shots failed.
Its inconsistent overall, and I have occasionally been bs’d by it, but the lower side, idler wheel, and LFP are as consistent as they can be.
Didn’t say anything like that, i’ve said you chose to clips carefully among your gameplay videos to prove your 100 percent win rate claim, learn the difference please.
They don’t, that’s what i’m saying, they can also be inconsistent from time time but unlike side shots they are more consistent which i didn’t don’t complain about them that much in the first place.
Well, as long as he has ammo (yes i’ve shot a BMPT in lower side once where he had ZERO ammo, like NONE) and you don’t shoot below the tank, its 100% consistency as far as i’ve seen, unless its his side is angled down so your round just doesn’t enter the hull.
