Hello, im fairly new to the game. I’ve been playing a little over 2 months. Has their been any discussion about adding the Russian S-600 air defense system and/or the patriot? Also it would be cool to see the artillery pieces actually function like the good lord intended. Can systems like the M109 and other artillery pieces please get a spotter/range finding drone? There are to my knowledge 2 systems that you can play as actually artillery. Can we please fix the others? Artillery would be a nice counter to AA players and campers. Hopefully these thinga could be implemented as it would make ground far more interesting and less of a peak-a-boo players game only.

You are getting the Buk, which by the sounds of it, is gunna be massively overtuned compared to IRL already.
The soviets dont need anything stronger. Heck, whether htey needed anything stronger than the Pantsir is a debate to be had

the Patriot system has been found in the files as a vehicle model but devs never said anything about adding it, and this was a while ago so I dont think they willl come any time soon (even tho it should since russia is getting the Buk)
ah yes, russia clearly needs better AA, ignore the fact they had by far the best for years, and once a better system was added for someone else they are gonna get the best AA again the next patch

I mean Buk is coming which is a massive jump from pantsir and skipped a lot of Russian AA and made some of the current 12.0 AA look like a joke but its coming non the less

s-500 is Russia’s THAAD equivalent, it would likely not be used against aircraft other than maybe AWACS ever.
