The russian Strela is a monster at its BR - 2.7 (arcade) I would expect that it will go up with the next BR changes. It has massive firepower with 3 3.7 cannons and 4 12mm MG completed by a 100mm cannon with proxy ammo. Therefore its BR seems to low for its coastal spawn - compared with e.g. the french combattante at 3.7 (2 40mm and 2 12 mm) - its missiles are useless and should not taken into account.
On my first match with the (stock!) Strela I managed to get 12 kills (spawned it twice).
