Too many people use personal experience to justify their positions.
There’s a reason I explicitly tell people not to use my personal experience to justify positions:
It was not 11.3 for all of February, and it wasn’t 11.3 in December or January.
In February it wasn’t even in the top 60 of KDRs, granted the top 60 ends at 1.97:1 KDR, and BMPT was ~1.5.
I don’t think he’s a troll, He maybe have that elite complex and the the urge to seek recognition/admiration on god-known reasons.

i have no personal desire to get a rise out of americans, I am actually supporting american players this is a major problem in this br bracket and everyone who plays it is experiencing it. and by trying to accuse me of malicious intent is laughable at best. Im simply discrediting your argumentation because its bad argumentation

Seems like your personal 11.3 experience doesn’t justify for the game balance as a whole in four different bracket ehh. Just more noises and noises.

It’s why my post contains my initial cross-analysis that justified 11.3 and 11.7 for BMPT.

Things should be balanced with everyone in mind.
If you only balance things with the majority in mind you would see a lot of vehicles moving down. Which is fine by me, but then you will suddenly see a lot of complain post about how the skilled part of the playerbase is now dominating whole lobbies with undertiered vehicles.
The TURM III is a perfect example of this. It gets played by a majority bad/new players which gives it worse statistics than it should have, which keeps it at 8.3, but now you have an arguably undertiered vehicle that good players absolutely dominate whole games in. Which leads to more posts about the TURM III dominating lobbies.
Then again, that is also part of the whole bigger problem with balancing through statistics alone.
So youre saying that having skilled players do well in balanced vehicles… Is a worse option than having mediocre players do extremely well in vehicles that allow them to press w and win bc theuy are undertiered? why is there this double standard with vehicle balancing?? either balance via statistics… or balance via vehicle performance. it cant be selectively both as that creates a implicit meta
