Well you can do it yourself… play top tier usa and look how many times russians are teamed up with germans and how the games end for you ;)

majority of my games as US vs ru&ger even when i try my best and somehow end up with 8 kills my team is obliterated there is 4 to 8 of us left while the enemy team only has 3 dudes that went to hanger and the other are full on rushing our spawns…

Its endlessly entertaining to see this trainwreck of a thread slowly unroll itself over literal years at this point. Russian bias was a meme all the way back in TWENTY FUCKING FOURTEEN, and these dweebs are still going, insane.

The best is when they genuinely start drinking their own kool aid claiming that soviet vehicles suck blablabla when in reality warsaw pact had nato by the balls all the way to the mid 70’s when the West got its shit together and started pumping out good stuff.

Idk about that one, the leopard was already a very good tank and pretty much the blueprint on what western tanks would and should be.

honestly it doesnt matter whats better in RL. this is a competive game and they screw realism here and there when it favors them, russia. like the new autoload time on the Ts and other stuff. If you as a developer want people to play your game and have fun in it then its thier duty to balance it other wise they doing a bad job. Insteat overpowering the allready very well suitet tree of russia by adding another Cancer SPAA with 48 missles they should elevate other nations so theyre on par to be competetive. Beeing cannon fodder for entertainment reasons of russian players is far away from having fun in a computer game. And i dont even talk about the RNG Coding towards russian tanks…

You can’t be speaking about World of Tanks features in War Thunder.

There is no such thing as “in favor of Russians” in War Thunder, let alone RNG.
There is no RNG when it comes to penetration, it’s all deterministic.

Winrate cannot be impacted by modeling vehicles correctly. Win rate is a team skill metric, and citing win rate is stating Russian bias does not exist.
So thanks for admitting there’s no Russian bias by citing win rate.

48 sub-par missiles isn’t a notable thing for dealing with CAS itself; they are an anti-munitions weapon.

Again, for the 156451th time : what’s the CORRELATION between personnal performance and the fact you loose 80% of your games when you play +10.7 GRB NATO against Russia in this game ?

Why bother grinding anything except Russia ? Just grind BMPT and run over NATO players, 14-0 easy xddddddd (real situation in this game)

Ngl I got another 7 games in a row lost against Russia : I snapped, quit and played something else.

I find it hard to digest paying tremendous amount of money + grinding weak NATO trees for hundreds of hours just to get deleted by assumed bias at top tier.

Future of this game = doomed. But they doomed it themselves. Prepare for Russia vs Russia only, at least at 10.7 GRB, at this rate

EDIT : damn the screenshot doesn’t show the UI somehow. The score was : 10 points vs 56 points, in favor of RUSSIA of course.

Yeah no thanks, I’d rather play NATO tanks where I can rely on my tanks strengths and my own knowledge/skill.

I just love how people are claiming prove for bias on screenshotting games where he is taking 1 vehicle, dying and getting next game is bias. And on top of that trying to say 1 death leavers dont effect on outcome of battle :D :D

But but but, russian bias , unplayable etc yeah it is when 50% of team is getting out after 1 death or sitting in free aa in spawn

You do realize fixed Russia/China team in ground sim had 74% win rate shortly after Mi-28NM LMUR release in October 2025, and has then stayed at ~65%. Russian CAS is completely unbalanced and it has been for months now. Why is it surprising that people claim Russian Bias when Gaijin does nothing to fix this situation.

In fact, they just made the situation WORSE with the addition of the Pantsir SM.

IRL USSR had decent ground vehicles before the 80s. That’s their niche. But still, late 60s/early 70s historical matchmaking would most likely be dominated by NATO. You’d be stuck with a Shilka, early OSA and MiG-21 fighting off F-14A and F-4E with guided weapons. 80s+ matchmaking would be NATO stomping USSR.

late 50s/early 60s would be for the most part somewhat balanced. In fact, that’s already the matchmaking we currently have. T-62 with 1967 ammo and T-55 with 1978 ammo at 8.7/8.3 BR respectively versus M60A1 with 1974 ammo at 8.3BR and early non-stab M60 at 8.0 with 1961 ammo.

Give historical early ammo to T-62 and T-55, put them all at 8.0. Lock T-64A behind a higher SP cost to make it impossible to first spawn like they did with Tiger 1 in old historical events. Boom, balanced ground matchmaking for early 60s.

PS: The T-62 pretty much can’t pen the M60A1 turret point blank with its historical 1960s APFDS.
