U know what? It is very understandable because that unjustified eating shots that should deal severe damage shouldnt happen. Yet it happens. On many tanks. And leads to lots of frustration playing the game. Ive argued many times how the stupid addition of trunnions made russian breeches insanely strong for no reason while other tanks breeches (especially Leos) spalled like crazy, ofc for no reason. (Luckily that doesnt seem to be the case anymore to that extreme extent) And why russian and chinese tanks have no basket or anything that stops turret rotation when their just enough armored around the carousel to stop all spall into the ammo carousel, while too thin armored to create any spall itself doesnt interfere with turret rotation when shot clean through while a basket created of mesh and with hydraulic powered turning with most likely redundancy does. Thats the actual bs about it. Tanks eating shots is annoying, yes, but happens on many tanks. Gaijins bending the rules and selective realism to bend rules of modelling stuff different for certain tanks/nations is what i hate much more.
Yet the snail argues they want to create more “consistency” by rewarding well placed shots that should do “critical damage”. Apparently they are fine with bending that rule to try to bring russian tanks on par. YET they still perform way worse atm, so as it is right now i dont really see a reason to claim “russian bias”. Well maybe except for sim. that mode is forgotten and lost to op russian cas at the top BRs.
Are you going to tell me what your point is? Or continue to give me vague statements that I’m inclined to just ignore from now on?

OFC not, its easily visible that this plays a large role in the current development. yet even when russia was stomping everything for years, the tanks didnt outperform other nations tanks that massively. They are not the main culprits why russia was that opressive for that long. So how can they be broken/OP now when russia is performing way worse than lots of other nations? Feel free to check the sim stats for the past months, theres a hint hidden there.

I finally decided to give Skyrim PC modding a try like 2-3 days ago and uh…
It quickly went from 70 minutes played to 31 hours.
Other than that I essentially refuse to touch War Thunder outside of High Tier Sim. (Not top tier tho)
I hope next update is better. :p

Abrams performs better on experienced hands you smart guy, it doesnt perform as good as on average joe’s hand compare to Russian tanks.
If you cant see the difference then you should get your eyes checked.

Aint average joe literally all the people whose stats are on statshark? Go back to any month before the current flavor of the month kicked in and check the efficiency of Abrams (which for some reason seems to be the only tank you care about. Im not pointing fingers, but suspicious…) vs any of the russian top tier tanks.

I mean we could also just take any random players stats like mine, or yours and sort all top tier MBTs by K/D or K/S. will we find that T80s are twice as effective as other top mbts because they are OP? If you dont trust several months of stats from december 2025 or basically any month before the last major patch when russia was still kicking, then maybe your own stats? Surely then russia was flavor of the…year or sth and all high skill players flocked to it. yet they still performed comparable in their tanks to all the low skill abrams players that were left.
