Worst in class firepower? How so? Its got the consistent 6 second reload which means its firepower is about the same if not bettee than CR2 as you need an aced crew to maintain a reload rate near that on cr2.
Though i did forget about the gun handling completely which is am extremely good point.
Right then, CR2 is the second worst top tier mbt.
Also the oplot armour isn’t that bad.
Still better than the types, and arietes.
Arguably better hull than cr2 as well

It has the worst dart at 12.3.
It’s a T-series style tank without any of the advantages of the T-series style tanks while also still having all but one of the disadvantages.
It’s whole UFP has been a lolpen for all the 590-600mm pen darts iirc
EDIT: coming to think of it, if we include the T-72B3A might also have a decent claim for the title of worst top tier MBT now.

A better example would be the constant and oppressive aircraft spam from the US in the 4.0-7.0 range. There are a few planes better than what they have (Yak-9K/T, F4U-7, or the Pucara), but none are quite as constant.
Still the A-4E is good at 9.3 in GRB, and other CAS like the G.91s are still competitive if played right.
Strike aircraft have the right to be competitive in air RB at their own BRs. Either way we now have split BRs so that isn’t an issue.
Its meta in era of ir/saclos aa, not just “good”
