29M specifically is still missing half its countermeasures, it was never built or planned to run the cm setup is has in-game .

Su-33 is one of the best 13.0s but uh, 48 countermeasures so there’s a skill floor.

Bro so I made a bit of progress down the UK tech tree, challenger 2 ain’t as bad as people claims, definitely overall worse than M1A1. The one that is harder to do well I think is the type 90.
I’m pretty positive the Black Night will perform the same.

Ariete only has worse armour.
Has citv, gen 2 commander and gunner thermals, lws, better round, larger ready rack, far better mobility

My experience so far the armor has been solid especially the turret, I would even rate the turret protection being very good, it managed to bounce a bunch of shots at 11.7 matchmaking. The ones that doesn’t have any armor is type 90 lol that thing simply cannot take a hit anywhere, compare to Challenger 2 their armor are night and day difference. I’m going to have more matches to see how consistent it is, this point I would rate the turret armor being #2 just under T-80U, mbt2000 is close.
Same, To this day, I still haven’t finished the Japan tree because I don’t understand how people manage to play the Type 90. I just can’t make that thing work. It feels like being trapped in a cramped cage. I don’t feel confident enough to push forward, flank, or capture points. It’s really difficult to use, not to mention the JM33 ammo, which is absolutely terrible.
Even after the changes I would still much rather play the Chally 2s than the Oplot.
