armours worse than CR2, but fire rate, mobility as well as LWS gives it a huge advantage over them. Hence why the TKX (p) is 12.0
CR2 has of course turret armour, on teh cheeks, however you can fire through the turret roof as well as fire through the breach and take out the damn “radios” which somehow take out the turret traverse.
Not yet got the Oplot but I was refering to 12.7, however the Oplot still has fantastic mobility, on par optics and thermals and does it not get LWS as well?
“turret armour” abrams is better, Leopards better, Leclercs about on par, Merkavas are marginally worse, Type 90 turret armours not far behind either.
It’s about all it has. Mobility even 10.7 MBTs out do it, Reload rate? only 5 shots then you’re sitting with an over 7 second reload without an aced crew=
L27A1? rejected all primary source reports and still sits as the worst 12.7 round and 2nd worst round past 11.7 bar the Oplots munitions, as I beleive the 3BM42.- 2 is on par or better is it not?

The type 90 is perfect but to make it work you need to work on movement, map knowledge, aim, smoke usage, retakes, understanding controlled suspension, weak spots, flank maneuvers (Such as the scythe maneuver), Gas usage, crew fatigue, and positioning.

Plus as my GPU kinda overheated during the heatwave, I’m trying to figure out if it has performance problems and needs to be RMAed, or if it was just because of the heatwave.
So I’m trying to play during night when it’s “”“cool”“”, and check the temps then.
It’s a beefy GPU, it was like 90°C last time lol, unbearable.
Plus War Thunder has this crazy performance problems when it randomly decides to use 100% of your GPU and increase the heat like crazy per moment, with RT on.
We don’t need one normally.

I think I’ll give up on Japan and go with England instead, or Sweden.
UK is okay, the T58 exists currently so I stopped grinding it due to the sale. Too much BS currently in the game choking out the fun from certain BRs. I got Japan top tier but unless you also do the Air tree its not worth it since they have the worst SPAA I’ve used lol

EDIT: Sweden is just better copy and paste of Germany. But it got glazed so much all the german mains are dispersed between those two so say bye to your win rate if you play that.

… and now we have a very “balanced” (no) YAK-130 at 9.0 with 4 TV-guided KAB’s. Amazing… At first I was avoiding anything above 10.3, and now I need to go even lower… Because it’s impossible to progress with France against this kind of BS!
