The IS2 suffers from that stupid 30mm plate on the roof. All it takes is a tank with 56mm of pen in some areas to hit the edge of that plate and detonate within it to kill the turret crew and mechanisms. Even if it is a solid shot ap round, it will still take out crew and damage the gun. The pimple could be played around with, while this roof plate basically makes the entire roof a weak spot.
i was informed that shooting at any low tier russian tank would demonstrate russian bias.

You actually believe that Russian tanks have better armour. That NATO tanks are weaker.
Soft power projection, you have zero basis to make the case that a T-90M is better armoured than a CR2/M1A2. But War Thunder makes people believe it.
That’s just akin to adding F-14A without teaching players the new radar missile mechanics at worst.

BMPT on release was 10.3 and people begged for it to stay there.

Russian bias is being displayed in the handling of sources for both buffs and nerfs. Russian sources are more easily accepted while nato ones require borderline classified information just to get nerfs reverted. I havent seen a russian source get called a “marketing lie”

Easy. The real russian bias is Gaijins willingness to completely handwave reality and accessible sources when it comes to making russian top tier equipment competitive. Such as:
The Mi28NM getting utterly fake LDIRCM coverage on top of double the amount of LMURs when all sources say maximum 4 while every other vehicle needs direct proof for each pylon.
The BMPT getting a separated ammo belt to make it more survivable instead of having the same layout as stuff like the Marder.
The SU30SMs getting missile racks and weapons without any proof whatsoever
The KH38MT being in the game
The whole stinger vs Igla thing
The entire basket discussion and how autoloader carousels get spared from blocking the turret drive

And now take a look at what it took for the US to get some nerfs, the amount of work done by the community and quality of sources brought up is utterly insane compared to any russian buff (and even some additions for that matter).
Bias doesnt mean that russia is always the best at everything just that they get treatment no one else gets and i think that absolutely is the case rn.

there are claims of being capable of carrying 8, but we don’t have a picture of more then 2… so its a anyones guess.
I was talking about the A2A missiles… the HARM, last night I think i saw 4, but I might be mistaken… only 2 is a bummer that needs to be corrected.
With the exception of KH38 and the carosel dmg model, yeah. So so on 5 out of 9 we can shake hands.
