Russian Bias in 2026?

Now go and check every Soviet and Chinese MBT’s X-ray

That image made me presume that the change added FCS modules to the Oplot.

This is the real change, external electronic equipment. In this case for the Oplots these are laser warning receivers. I’m expecting hits to this to simply disable the LWS until repaired, similar to how external APS radars/launchers already present on tanks in the live game disable detecting and/or firing on threats when damaged.

As it’s the dev server, cherry picking one example of a Ukrainian tank to line up with your beliefs that the game is politically motivated is very disingenuous, this change is bound to come to many more tanks.

Where is it then? Where are Russian turret baskets?

Soon, GUVNAH soon !
BE BLOODY PATIENT GUVNAH

We will see if they ever come to the game, for now you have a powder keg below every T-series’ turret to help you defeat them

@Rzi4628-live @luque13
T-series tanks already have them.

Literally the first tanks to get them.

Batteries and turret basket next?🤔

Russian tanks got turret baskets? when?

Turret basket = No

Autoloader = Yes

its just looks like a “turret basket”, but doesn’t disable the roation of the turret like every other turret basket

Check the X-Ray, the autoloader is “the basket”.
It’s more of a basket than the turntable on VT-5 & Challenger 2, & people are calling those baskets.

These aren’t my opinions, I’m merely using the standard the playerbase is using.

However, the autoloader being damaged does not prevent the turret turning.
The plat on the bottom of challanger 2 in fact will.

I’m well aware of that. Hence my asking.

That feature doesn’t make something a basket or not.
Important crew safety functions being disabled should result in manual traverse IMO.

What?

The autoloader structure is “the basket” of T-series tanks.
Without it, the crew has nothing to sit on [and the tank can’t operate for that matter], & damaged I know I’d prefer manually traversing the turret over putting it on full tilt.

People voted for this stuff, & they’re getting exactly what they wanted.
I voted against modules knowing this would happen, but now we’re here I lobby for better accuracy in what happens when systems are damaged.

furthermore i think turret baskets should just not be in the game period

oh these are definitely opinions and not based in the reality of the game and the way these modules function… they are in no way similar to how nato baskets behave in game

it’s quite literally not in game though.
Which is the point, in game the autoloader sits substantially lower than the crew, it acts as a basket in absolutely no ways at all.
IRL it’s also not a basket the seats last I checked are not fixed to the carousel.

The way they’re adding a floor to CR2 arbitrarily yet avoiding making the turret basket influence turret rotation is a pretty poor choice on gaijins front. As goes for most of their decisions this patch.
As has been stated, since january the addition of strong SPAA; CAS as well as the BMPT fiasco has definitely lead to a sentiment of Russian bias, that’s not to not how top tier NAVAL has been destroyed by the Sveski or whatever it is.
