No it can’t. It can guide up to 6 at once, and only if launched one after another within 3s. If you launch missiles at 0, 3 and then 3,5s the first missile stops guiding. Meaning if you launch a missile at 0, and then at for example 10, the first missile goes dumb and explodes.

Neither does 2S6 if you use IRST mode.

As for missile, use your mg. Might not work all the time but its better then nothing

You can ‘easily’ disable it by hitting a pixel sized target - very cool

it still has lolpen missiles to fire

The shot was above the hull.

No need for it to be actually hull down.
So called pixel size weak spot being twice as much bigger then the most used weak spot of any T series like the manley and driver hatch.

I should quit the game for thinking hitting that at range, at a target that can destroy an MBTs gun in about a second, is unreasonable?

Compared to MBT which would outright kill you or breach you much faster.

An MBT doesnt fire at 500 rounds per minute

My point when it comes to the BMPT is never its a death machine, destroyer of worlds

My point is always how it can sit there, near impervious, spraying and praying at anything that comes into view - it might not kill you (unless he decides to use his missiles), but with no thought about weakspots it will cripple anything it looks at with ease, the main one being the enemy guns

You sit one of these on a map with medium ranged sightlines, it can sit with its hull covered, spraying at anything that peaks over a hill/out of cover to fire at it - making easy targets for its teammates, or allowing its team to advance

Now I know many of you are in the esteemed position of being in the top 10% of players or whatever, your average player (me probably) is not going to deal with that well

It needs to have its bluetooth ammo belts fixed so it can be destroyed when hull down

That inaccurate peashooter isn’t going to cripple anything fast outside of point blank range.

I’ll be honest - I havent seen what the guns shoot like on the Dev server

My point still stands, it shouldn’t have special ammo belts that miraculously only explode outside the vehicle, when we’ve seen real life photo evidence of them being exposed to the crew

It’s like Bushmaster accuracy or even worse paired with a 7.3 APDS belt that’s 20% useless.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it took like triple digit amount of rounds to do anything at decent ranges.

It’s been able to be fragged hull-down since Gaijin changed the internal ammo location in the code.
Now, it’s not easy to do so, it’s rather difficult to hit that ammo.

With that said, I cannot create an opinion based on that.
Cause when I think of hull-down beasts my first thought is Leopard 2A5+ MBTs, whose turret weakspots are among the tiniest in the game, and that’s without a path to vulnerable ammo…
BUT, the last time I did shoot Leopard 2A5s their cannon breech was generating too many fragments compared to other tanks.

Gaijin still refuses to fix the cannon barrel bug in the Leopard 2s.In fact, this bug can now be regarded as a “deliberate weakening” They completely ignored what had happened to the other vehicles.

It has it, @Smoak741 reported it, which then he was told ‘it’s a different modification’ which he later made a suggestion for, that got implemented, which got added withour lrf.

This is such a pointless argument, just like when the vikhr was the only 10km heli atgm, with it being ‘op’ due to it’s range. It was good due to it’s speed (which has been heavily nerfed together with everyhting else). At maximum range it’s near useless.

Anyway if you’re going to get ouranged by a helicopter that’s just your fault + ever heard of intercepting? Heli’s effectivenes decreases drastically from far helipad anyway. Oh also most far helipads are close enough to be within 10km

Again, you could say that about literally anything ever, not a good argument.

In 99% of battles heli’s are going to be at 4-6km. And never farther, especially when you don’t uptier it yourself
