There have been numerous arguments why and how CAS affects games but you gotta read and actually understand those which seems to be a problem for you.

You can look at statshark yourself. Winrate swings correlate perfectly with new powerful additions that are in fact not MBTs but SPAA and CAS only for the past 1,5 years.

Okayisch russian winrates until march (SU30SM addition) then rising and stable until falling dramatically in June (IRIS T SLM addition) then rising again and climbing from september (MI28NM LMUR addition) until late November/December (LDIRCM helis for multiple nations + new fixed wing CAS + a couple new SPAA) and then rising again in March/April (Pantsir SM SV addition).
The only top tier MBT additions we had were the T72B3A, Oplots, the taiwanese Abrams and by extension the Centauro II.

There are none for planes since those are diluted with air rb stats but you can take a peek at the Heli stats and those give a good idea.

Because the Mi28NM got its LMURs on September 23rd so its quite logical that the winrate goes up in the first full month post update compared to only one week.

Actually no they cant reliably thanks to Gaijin not modeling radar returns on helicopter blades and completely overbuffing LDIRCM. The only reliable way to shoot helis is via SACLOS missiles which, conveniently, russia has by far the best.
