You showed one example and that was the first shot the rest were just wrongly absorbed and did no damage. We know the side armour of the 2A7 variants is very good
Slow down the footage on the rest of them, you’ll see the dart start wiggling around after hitting the tank, meaning it was destabilized and then absorbed by the track/fuel tank combo.
Exclude the 292 one mb.

Again Leopard 2s but I get your point the difference is though those rounds never penetrated they were just absorbed. In the rare occasion when Relikt is defeated it completely skews the round causing it to do less damage and thats not how Relikt should work.
Remember K5 is superior to Relikt the difference is K5 cannot be stacked but Relikt can.
Did you pull this off your rear? Destabilizing the round is it’s job

It is designed to stop the round if the round overmatches the armour the destabilising effect will not take effect to the level we have in game.
Some wobble sure rotating near 45 degrees is just fantasy. We also seem to have just universal angles. does not matter which oblique ERA is hit it gives maximum possible protection again something it should not do. Gaijin had ERA modelled fine with K1 and K5 then they added Relikt gave it some weird code and Tandem warhead munitions cannot defeat it and darts are absorbed.
It is not close to how we have all witnessed it’s lacklustre IRL performance.
Tandems dont work at all in this game, k1 and k5 can do the same shit just less often and so do fuel tanks
But they used to until Gaijin messed with the ERA code.

I still think the main reason the win rates are so messed up atm is the BMPT, they’re such a distraction even if they’re not killing everything, that matches are constantly ending up like this

This is one of the main issues with the implementation of war thunder’s ERA.
From most scientific research articles there are two major factors that reduce the effectiveness.
Angle
Area away from center of ERA block
Neither seem to be implemented.
