I agree my feeling and experience are purely subjective… In my experience (shortly before the update and after it) while playing Russia, the JAGM spam kills and (helps) winning games (mostly the idiotic behaviour of my team). But that is just me… the objective realyti is different (I would like tho se the post update stats, but dont expect big changes).
On the toppict of the MITL for LMUR… yours and my takes are bouth subjective (we dont know, we assume).
My take is that with MITL (if they keep the ability to “lock” the sky and fire from cover) the helis will be immune from fire from the SACLOS SPAAs (they’re hard counter), but will be limited to only one missile (only one DL channel), so it will be easyer for SPAAs to intercept the missile.

For future reference - in Russian there isn’t a definite or indefinite article. One of many quirks that make it a bugger to learn as an English-speaker (and the verb ‘to be’ not existing in the present tense).
So in English we’d say - that is A marketing lie (indefinite) or THE marketing lie (definite). In Russian - they just say ‘Is Marketing Lie’.
You have to sort of look at the context of the other sentences around it to work out the meaning.

Not necessarily. In GRB the Pantsir SV can effectively negate the opposing sides’ CAS - or at the very least make it incredibly difficult for anyone do more than a low-level run.
Even if the RU side fails to get planes/helos in the air - one or two players in Panstirs can and do create a no-fly-zone and also intercept a lot of munitions that are launched. The SV is still by far and away the most capable at basically thwacking incoming ATGMs and ASMs out of the sky in quite short order.

The main concern still is the fact that an already overpowered heli (due to being hard to kill) will be completely impossible for any SAM to kill.
