Vikrhs on Ka-52 back in the day, Kh-38MT pre-addition of multivehicle SAMs, GBU53 to my knowledge isnt powered at all which automatically puta a limit on range and alt from which it can be deployed, not to mention time to target
Only one of them can stop point blank DM53 shot to the side, and its not Abrams.
No gun to fallback onto like pantsir, way less missiles, cant threaten LDIRCM helis at all.
BMPT on release was 10.3 and people begged for it to stay there.
Russian bias is being displayed in the handling of sources for both buffs and nerfs. Russian sources are more easily accepted while nato ones require borderline classified information just to get nerfs reverted. I havent seen a russian source get called a “marketing lie”
Easy. The real russian bias is Gaijins willingness to completely handwave reality and accessible sources when it comes to making russian top tier equipment competitive. Such as:
The Mi28NM getting utterly fake LDIRCM coverage on top of double the amount of LMURs when all sources say maximum 4 while every other vehicle needs direct proof for each pylon.
The BMPT getting a separated ammo belt to make it more survivable instead of having the same layout as stuff like the Marder.
The SU30SMs getting missile racks and weapons without any proof whatsoever
The KH38MT being in the game
The whole stinger vs Igla thing
The entire basket discussion and how autoloader carousels get spared from blocking the turret drive
The 95Ya6Ms kinematics
whatever the hell this is Russian Bias in 2026? - #5174 by Jεcka
And now take a look at what it took for the US to get some nerfs, the amount of work done by the community and quality of sources brought up is utterly insane compared to any russian buff (and even some additions for that matter).
Bias doesnt mean that russia is always the best at everything just that they get treatment no one else gets and i think that absolutely is the case rn.
there are claims of being capable of carrying 8, but we don’t have a picture of more then 2… so its a anyones guess.
I was talking about the A2A missiles… the HARM, last night I think i saw 4, but I might be mistaken… only 2 is a bummer that needs to be corrected.
With the exception of KH38 and the carosel dmg model, yeah. So so on 5 out of 9 we can shake hands.
Although similar examples can be found in onther TT… I can understand why people are hyperfixeted on the russian one.
JAGM vs LMUR vs PARS 3
chopped non-existant 0 lofting vs perfect stats added with each update vs 100 year old bug reports
Turret baskets and horizontal drives
F&F Brimstone vs Kh-38MT
The whole Ka-50/52 thing
Lab perfect autoloader reloads
AGM series of air-to-ground missiles vs Kh-38MT
Pantsir balance and updates
Why is it so hard for some to understand that material technology improved since the 80s and that we now make armor that is the same weight as before but provide more protection.
The SEP v3 hull doesn’t need DU to get better protection. Heavy material added to it would simply be a bonus on top of the better composite.
And we have written sources with 4 total but 8 is nowhere to be seen. So why is it anyone’s guess here but all other helis need precise proof for each pylon?
The A2A missiles are completely correct tho?
It’s 2 and yes of course it’s a bummer but those 2 pylons are the only ones where there is specific proof and Gaijin is very strict with that when it comes to non russian vehicles.
There is simply no other weapon in the game with as little sources as this one. I mean we’re not even discussing actual capabilities with that thing, we’re discussing whether it actually ever existed.
You mean the link I posted to the plethora of plates or the thing where everything blocks turret drives not except for the carousel?
I don’t rlly get the idea of the main axis of pact attack being the Fulda Gap, I’m not a tank guy but wouldn’t the bigger plains of Germany be more suited for pact tanks?
Yeah. We have picture of posuble loadouts… But we also have "written sources that claim “up to 8”…
Do they? Genuine question.
The double racks on the EF (In my opinion a great addition) ware only tested as far as im aware and never entered service. And the Rafale F3 in french service don’t carry 8 MICAs… but for the sake of balance in the Iron-dome meta and 16vs16, those are a must.
Yes. Are those an “armor” plates ot part of the module…? Do we know for sure they interract with the post-pen spall? If “yes”… ready the pitchforks…
Fulda is reasonably non-forested which is good for tanks and with few natural obstacles.
It was the most forward point in West Germany and a breakthrough here could cut off NATO northern formation + directly threatened Frankfurt, key logistic hubs, and key NATO assets like Ramstein AB.
This was a direct way to the French Border.
After the Cold War, published Warsaw Pact plans pointed at the USSR having plan to do a multi-thrust attack and that the northern German plains were just as important as Fulda to them.
