I don’t ADS on Abrams except longer shots as well.
The only tanks that have small weakspots are stronger Leopard 2A5+ types, and T-90Ms at longer ranges.
Destroying T-series tanks that think their side armor is going to protect them as they attempt to swing around a corner is easy.
There is no evidence of Russian favoritism because America’s tech tree exists, which has more under-BR’d vehicles today than Soviets ever had.
Relying on enemies being worse than you at aiming isn’t a good strategy, cause at some point better players will be in better tanks.
There are thousands of posts claiming Russian bias, and zero posts proving it.
There are dozens of posts showing under-BR’d vehicles, and zero posts where the majority are Soviet.
Of course there isn’t American bias because of the under-BR’d vehicles, it’s just bad reading of stats.
The fact USA has the only T-80U UFP defeating at-any-range tanks in the game is deeply hilarious.
If Russian bias existed I wouldn’t have any battles in War Thunder.
What a relief, it’s not the same-same about Russian bias it’s a real thing but actually calling Russian bias a coping mechanism. Is for a fact that USSR is carried out by anti-air vehicles and its close air support capabilities but it doesn’t means that T-80BVM or T-90M are terrible either, but those aren’t the greatest at the same time compared to a M1A2 Abrams or Leopard 2.
For correction; the “BMPT nerf” is actually a general 30 mm 2A42 dispersion correction, this autocannon relies heavily on the firerate to compensate the dispension, it’s a real thing by the way, however I think that the 3UBR11 APDS-FS belt ammo should be more accurate, but anyways, it’s worse performing but being a real thing I’m more than fine with it, the more accurate, the better in my opinion, even if it has only downsides.
The “Relikt buff” is a correction as well and only works on angle, and specifically chassis-mounted Relikt, I might be wrong but it doesn’t apply to side-mounted ERA segments, nor 4S24 bags as well. People usually close their mind and only look into top tier; every nation has their strong points and I’d say that USA has pretty good points across most battle ratings.
Unless the devs guesstimating a missile performance by its shape without knowing how it works inside is fine by you
KH38MT exists out of thin air though
For 1 patch, before that Pantsir S1 was a balance issue for more than a year
SM-SV was also added because the devs considered Buk to be underperforming. When taking the overall stats into account, several nations also had AAs performing even worse. What did they get ? Nothing. That’s a good example of preferential treatment if i’ve ever seen one
And BMPT, and Pantsir S1 before that, and LMUR
I will only agree on one thing : it’s contained to top tier ground and CAS specifically
The armor and modules on T-series is also an other example, it seems this time, they did not consider relikt brochure to be a marketing lie and took it as is.
Those tanks aren’t OP per se, but still very handheld, and should absolutely not be top tier if portrayed correctly
The IS2 suffers from that stupid 30mm plate on the roof. All it takes is a tank with 56mm of pen in some areas to hit the edge of that plate and detonate within it to kill the turret crew and mechanisms. Even if it is a solid shot ap round, it will still take out crew and damage the gun. The pimple could be played around with, while this roof plate basically makes the entire roof a weak spot.
Vikrhs on Ka-52 back in the day, Kh-38MT pre-addition of multivehicle SAMs, GBU53 to my knowledge isnt powered at all which automatically puta a limit on range and alt from which it can be deployed, not to mention time to target
Only one of them can stop point blank DM53 shot to the side, and its not Abrams.
No gun to fallback onto like pantsir, way less missiles, cant threaten LDIRCM helis at all.
BMPT on release was 10.3 and people begged for it to stay there.
