The ultimate ground lineups go to Germany, USA, Sweden, France, and arguably Italy.
None of those start with R.
Can’t wait for Lady_Man to ignore this and cherry pick some random thing to support his “Russian Biased”

We talking Ground RB or just ground vehicles?
Because T-80BVM, T-90M, Pantsir S1, Strela, Ka-52, Su-34, Su-30SM lineup is definitely an ultimate ground lineup. I’m not even saying about 2S38 or 2S25M, these are great to farm spawn points for CAS.

None of those are the best in their respective parts.
Impressive armour and that about it the rest is extremely underwhelming
One of this is the best SPAA yes but it is more about CAS being a way too big of a problem , everyone need good SPAA and Pantsir should not be nerfed in anyway possible
No FnF = Trash , that about it
Again , this is more about CAS problem instead of “just biased”, prior to Su24/30SM , CAS was strong and still is. Only now we reach a even newer tier of broken CAS.
2S25M is bad , even with the top tier round and thermal. It is arguably the worst top tier Light. 2S38 is not even that broken , best the thing can go is 10.7 , 10.3 is a bit too low for it

Well, knowing it’s heli we’re talking about, Gaijin’s not gonna do anything about it. I’d love to talk about the state of Hellfire vs Vikhr, but helicopters in general are just bad. Both in terms of the time and dedication you have to put in to grind one of these bastards—which cost a good chunk of RP (which should’ve been cut down by half at least)—and the fact that many of them lack FnF. It’s pretty much not worth playing them over CAS.
And for the helis that do have FnF, it’s not fun for ground vehicles either, since there’s no real way to tell if one’s been sent your way or not.

if they added 114L with all its features and fixed hellfire flight profile then 64D would be very good, but thats never gonna happen
Would rather have better SPAA and map fixed. The problem with heli doesn’t affect ground that much but CAS and the lack of good SPAA does.

honestly same, but ripple firing 114l from behind cover at various points on map using LOAL would be almost as oppressive as the current kh38 spam

Nah if u use this trick with turning off laser and using IOG instead then its very very easy to kill any spaa. Sadly only a few people know this

3- Average for its BR, it’s not 12.0.
4- Can’t frag CAS.
5- Not 12.0.
6- Not 12.0. Below average at top BR.
7- Not 12.0. Entirely useless at top BR, unless you genuinely bring Begleitpanzer in a 12.0 lineup.
8- Not 12.0, can’t frag CAS.
9- Helicopters are useless.
10 & 11- CAS is OP, F-15E, Rafale, Su-30, etc do exist, but they reduce the spawn points of enemies more.
So in reality, you listed 1 good top tank, and 2 average tanks for 12.0, and 1 average tank for 11.7.
France has 6 MBTs, 4 of which are M1A1 capable, and 2 are Leopard 2A5 capable, as well as 2 OP CAS the same amount as Soviets, of course CAS doesn’t win matches.
Germany has 4 MBTs all of which are 2A5 capable which are themselves superior to the T-80 series of tanks.
Sweden has 5 MBTs of 2A5 capability.
Italy has 1 MBT of 2A5 capability, and 3 DM53 backups [average for 12.0].
I know how and have a few times, it just feels like IOG drift is a bit much, because you need to be exposed like 5-10 seconds to guide it and if they know where you are thats plenty of time for pantsir and some other AAs to hit you before your missile hits
