the 6 second reload is the normal reload time without you destroying the gun for the T-80

gaijin’s aster 30 falls out of the sky at 25km and can’t hit anything smaller than a jet
irl aster 15 has an effective range of >30km and can hit small drones
can’t dumb it down any more than that

It can sustain it for the entire ammo rack minimum, the high pressure barrel and specialised breach allow for ripple firing at that rate
