Getting chat banned in war thunder means you probably deserved it. Gaijin does not any sort of large scale chat or username moderation either, and they only rely on player reports from what I’ve seen.
Just don’t break tos and you’ll be fine.
Also Russia isn’t even consistently #1 in all BRs/modes.

when you set a game up to be PvE with Russians as the main characters, it’s only logical that they’ll be the most fragile and likely to report anything that hurts their feelings

I know right? Kind of insane that all this handholding isn’t enough for you. Then again that’s the war thunder paradox, RU attracts bad players who want to sealclub, so it’s a positive feedback loop - the more they hold your hand, the worse you get.
On the other hand, Italian and French players perform much better than you despite being treated like shit for years.

- I’m always up tiered since I take my Flankers
- No thermals at top tier
- I use backups so I often die twice per game
But of course none of this matters since one player’s stats on one vehicle doesn’t invalidate Russian bias, and these points won’t change your opinion since handheld players are incapable of doing that.

Generrally i dont find statistical data as the ultimate truth about a player, i dont think statistics always tell the truth .
For example, if someone started the game with germany and after some years play france or Italy he will probably perform much better and not because of the vehicles capability but because of his experience.
Also his statistics will be better if with germany was playing alone and with the other nation with a good player friend squad.
Additionally, player stats are depending to a point on how carefull he is about them…we see players leaving battle after 1 death and others spawning all their vehicles in a certain defeat battle.
