Because the ASB lobbies are so small that cheaters could load it up with alt accounts and then farm them without even needing to shoot’em.

Why? Once again, Air Sim is being neglected.
Can we get the crew lock removed if the crash is credited to someone?
Would be so easy. Why do not let you killed ?
Apparently not so easy, that is what got “proximity kill” removed a few years ago. Players complained about kill credits going to uninvolved 3rd parties. But now with the “counted as destroyed” mechanic, this should be a lot better in evening rewards out.
What
if you crash by incompetence/surrendering. So, fly straigh and die normally.
Just let them kill me instead of dogfighting?
Is this a honest improvement - or a preparation for an upcoming RP / SL nerf ?
Wonder what happens if airfield SPAA gets you
Gaijin gets the kill. Who else 😉
Airfield AAs have become absolutely toxic. They might as well be an invisible energy shield that instantly destroys your plane.
Airfield campers and people that run to get you on your six are the worst.
I mean I use it as well, to climb but either I should be dead or the AAs are only active for a while once the plane gets repaired and spawned in.
Would be nice if this type of stuff got fixed as well:
Don’t get your hopes up with this, it’s highly likely that cheaters will start to exploit this mechanic to feed bot account kills to their main account within days same way as they did with J-out in Heli PVP. Gaijin probably thinks they can avoid it by not enabling it in SB, but I doubt that will work.
Also 3km to 5km at least for crashers won’t wait for you to be so close. It’s a kill to be taken but resigned without consequence anyways.
No.
:(
Thanks for the answer at least
Strange, I thought this was already a thing years ago, guess not, still rip anyone with terrible ping, gonna be giving everyone kills if their net dies or the game just yeets you into the ground for no good reason.
Looks good, I’d change it from missile radius to missile actively tracking within 5-7km just to eliminate the possibility of a random other missile being closer but not actually tracking. but this is exactly how I’d set this up.
(I assume it will only look at hostile missiles not any missiles?)
sir Are we ending here today?
