I am glad to hear that in the future Skipper II will be added to TRAM, a GBU-16 guided bomb with an AGM-45 rocket motor. The range will be 25km due to laser limitations, but it is good enough for the current USA CAS.
You guys don’t know the user’s mind catastrophically. Please reflect more user feedback. I want you to clarify why you don’t do it when there’s a simple solution like real mix matching.

The only issue is that it’s only used by the A-6, which is currently only available as a pack premium. So won’t actually help.

Even then BR increase isnt solving the issue.
we need to force gaijin to actually re-evaluate loadouts on aircraft as a balancing metric. they do it with reload/ammo on tanks so why not missiles/guided munitions on Jets?
A10s and Su25s imo could and should lose there AAMs this way they would legit be fine at there given BRs. they still perform relatively good (A10 especially with that gun and flare count)

So you want to move it even higher to 10.7, where france has no lineup. Even 10.3 would be a tough sell, but 10.7? uptiring your entire 9.7 lineup for 1 plane? It will never be used again at 10.7

I mean the ultimate option is to change the BR of the vehicle based on what munition players choose to bring to the matchmaker, but yeah I can see that this is fundamentally game changing. It will worth the time and I’ll have both hands up if gaijin decided to do this tho

didn’t you mention a br raise of the max ground br when the br split happened?
Even then, this is gaijin creating a powercreep problem and now they are getting shafted by it as a result.
Ill use the A10 prem and A10 Late as a perfect example. one is 10.0 the other 10.3 but the premium gets TV guided GBUs while the Late doesnt so arguably speaking the premium version is more potent of a ground attacker than the TT one at a higher BR… all because they powercreep premiums and make them P2W.
this is why ever since the Harrier GR1 introduction, weapons NEED to be removed for balancing purposes and SRAAMs imo should have been the wake up call for them to do this. god what that did for the game was unreal.
Same applies to Kh38s, literally nothing can reach the Jet that flings it due to its superior range so why have it in the game.
Vikhrs are still the bane of balancing on KAs and basically ruined a game mode for 4 years before they attempted to fix them… and look what happened at top tier with Maverick Gs being introduced because they needed to powercreep current piss poor mavericks that they refuse to model correctly (which they wont do because so many aircraft have them which leads to huge balancing issues)

Agreed with the AMX part, althought 10.7 is downtiers like 95% of the time, so its not that bad.
But the A4E part? Are you crazy, it can barely gain altitude with its 3 bombs. It has to get within like 3 km to use them because its so slow. Dont get me wrong, 8.7 was too low. 9.0 probably is too, but 9.3-9.7? Thats no issue. 9.7-10.0 and now we are talking 2s6 SPAA here. Rolands, strela and ozelots every game. it wont even make it near the battlefield before its shot down. Unless you fly low, which defeats the point of its TV guided stuff.

If this somehow makes it into WT, my best option at that point is just queue a M2K, F-15 or F-16 with the cannons only.
I think something like this looks alright on paper, but knowing Gaijin, it would be implemented with many flaws and oversights.
My personal biggest issue with this is being unable to change loadouts after J’ing out and repairing though.
Shouldn’t the J-11 also go down in ground battles with the Su-27?

F15 is actually another good example, but definitely not the clean F15. I was referring to jets that historically carry different loadout on different stage of time, say the F4E did not carry any Aim7E-2 until nearly the end of the Vietnam war. So Let’s say I just wanna play F4E with Viet vibe and/or I just like the appeal of F4E on that particular time point, I should be able to bring Aim7E and get to a lower BR while actually having fun.

What about the Jaguar IS dropping its GRB BR down to make it useful in a lineup. The only reason it was put at 11.0 was because of the Magic 2’s for ARB.
This will be good for grinding on the tech trees. Also This will be amazing!
