Well the DM63 is actually less powerful and has less pen. its just more stable and has a more consistent muzzle velocity (and therefore accuracy) due to a temperature independent propellant. it also has less chance of exploding when hit from projectiles or spall. The DM73 however i agree is to powerful for WT at the moment.

they posted this thread today which boils down to: we need more time to see through reports and fix stuff… and then post the update notice for tomorrow a few hours later. take off your pink glasses mate, we all know that the update will be a broken mes :D

This is exactly the problem. Take the SEPv2 for example.
They said in the blog that they are currently not ready to talk about the issue of improved hull armor for the Abrams and that they would go through the details a little later in a seperate devblog. Which of itself is fine, no problem, understandable even imo.
But now that the update releases tomorrow this seriously indicates that the SEPv2 will keep the same armor as the other M1A2s in game, making it a sad and useless copy paste addition gameplay wise.

Yeah exactly! the bug report only got passed last sunday, so I never expected them to have a clear answer already, I 100% agree and understand that they would need a bit more time.
However unless the Q&A was written before today, with the update releasing tomorrow I have a bad feeling that we are going to see the SEPv2 released as it was on the dev. Which would honestly be a shame.

Flight performance wise the A would be better
there only identical cause people got onto them. if nobody said anything gaijin wouldnt care
