I grind the F-4E for the 65B cuz i wanna try it and use it for CAS while grinding the F-15E line
i mean i got uptier all the time so dying to SPAA or dying to Su-30/34 is inevitable anyway

Reasoning: Even at its own BR, this plane is outclassed by all others. Every other plane has its own fun playstyle. The Harriers are good in CQC and have Aim-120s, the Viggen DI21 has AMRAAMS and boom and zoom capability. The SARH slingers have the best SARH in the game at their disposal, or are very gifted in the flight model department. Even the IR missile slingers have huge CM counts, great avionics, and retention. The F-14A with Fakours has none of those qualities for its very boring playstyle. You climb, fire your missiles, and try to fight with the worst engine to plane and IR missile to BR matchups. Aim-9Ps and Aim-7E-2s at 13.0 is ridiculous. And for what niche you do fill out in the F-14, other planes do it better. At the same BR, the F-4KWS does the same thing but better, so does the F-14B (barely), and even planes like the SU-27 with 10~ R-27ERs easily control the airspace better than this jet with faster phoenixes from the 1970s.

Just because it’s not “fun” doesn’t mean it’s not effective. The Fakour is still the longest-range, highest-energy missile in the game by leaps and bounds, on by far the fastest ARH platform at the BR (excluding other F-14s). If you don’t enjoy the BVR play style then don’t play it.

Are you forgetting that the AMX-13 has a retreat speed of 6.8 km/h? His maneuverability is not enough to function compared to the 7.3+ light vehicles that could be hostile.

Yeaaaah, do you realize that if one allied SPAA is respawns in battle, the Type 81 (C) will not have time to make a single shot? They can see farther and fire farther than the Type 81 (C).
And if the aircraft does not enter the 8 kilometer kill zone, it is invulnerable?
The most effective SAM is when you’re alone in battle and there’s a dumb CAS against you. Cool, it’s not hard to be effective under those conditions.

Not by that much. The R-27ER is still very competitive with it and actually has a proper seeker and G pull to go with it.
There’s no other option. That’s the entire point. Maybe read my post next time? The F-14 has been artificially held back from being good in CQC. A loadout of Aim-7E-2s, only 2 R-27Rs, and 2 Aim-9Ps isn’t nearly enough. For even 12.7.
XM800T should go in 8.7… you didn’t get anything with this… I’m playing it until 9.3 anyway- 9.3… it’s still OP

Just say you hate France and move on. Learn to objectively balance the game instead of relying on your stats. They clearly have issues, and it’s insane how no one in gaijins side can see that.
Somehow these are worse too??? No changes to the Q-5s??? How are they 10.0 capable?
I want someone from Gaijin to explicitly state that the Q-5A and L are balanced at 10.0 by looking at objective comparisons and not gaijins efficiency metric. I dare you to do it, and to explain how a plane that can’t break Mach 1 at sea level, while not carrying any air to air missiles, with only 9 flare pops, is worthy of 0.3 below the F-8U, Mig-21smt, and how it is higher than the Mig-21S, T-2, or the harriers.

R-27ER has a dV of 1076m/s. The Fakour has 1,432m/s. That’s a 33% increase. For comparison, the ER has 12% more dV than an AIM-7M. Additionally, the Fakour is an ARH missile meaning you can fire off all 4 compared to a single R-27.
And I don’t care that there’s “no other option”. The F-14 IRIAF is a dominant BVR vehicle. If you don’t want to play BVR, don’t play the BVR vehicle. If hypothetically I hated dogfighting and only wanted to bomb, I wouldn’t complain that the F-16 is a dogfighter and not a bomber, and ask for it to go down in BR because it can’t bomb well!
It’s actually quite good, and there is a decent thrust upgrade too, but the plane gets so much heavier that I’d consider the flight performance equivalent/partially worse than the Mig-19.
The br of the Kurnass 2000 is going to be raised to 11.7. Since the F-5E family and the F-4 have already been upgraded (it seems that only the Russian 11.3 CAS aircraft remain unchanged), I don’t have too much to complain about. But at least China has a lineup at 11.3. Does Israel have any lineup at 11.7? Gaijin, you really should lower the Merkava 4 back to 11.7!

Can you please add more FFAR rocket pods to AB.205 from Italy as well? Right now, it’s armament loadout is pitiful (with only 14 rockets) for a starter helicopter and it’s painful to research the next heli with it. It doesn’t help that aiming them is also a bit difficult, so it’s hard to get a shot on a small target like a tank and it can’t take bases efficiently either since it takes too long.
XM800T unironically has to go to 6.7 or 7.0 if people want it to be balanced. Its 66mm penning APDS would be neutralized by the amount of heavies having more than 70mm armor all-around and it would be nothing more than a mosquito. It’s a vehicle that is balanced more by lowering its BR. Either that or increase it to 9.0 where tanks are fairly nimble to deal with it while they still don’t have much protection from the side to make the XM800T pointless.

Or remove DM63 as the US didn’t use it for the M139 and also it literally didn’t exist until 15 years after the XM800 was developed.

The only thing that i dont understand, its most of 14.0 going to 13.0 in GRB but the F-15E still 12.7, USA needs to stop having a lot of click-bait users and this is the best way at least for now, just look at the U.S win-rate.
