That’s surprisingly a first to see, HUZZAH!! HUZZAH!! HUZZAH!! the Italian Ciclone class Torpedo Boat Ghibli goes down in BR, although they could go down a bit further but for now it’s a start at 3.7 (or the devs make a mod to add a third 100 mm/47 Model 1928 in place of the dual 20 mm/65 an keep it 3.7).
I’d wish they did further vessel BR changes over two extra.
Honestly it’s a storm in a teacup. There are a lot of other issues regarding battle rating placemente like the PLZ05 and PzH 2000 with ability to face in-war WW2 vehicles at battle rating 6.7;
Type 90 at battle rating 11.3 and TKX (P) at battle rating 11.7 instead of the opposite, practically both are the same but considering Type 10’s mobility issue, it’s far inferior.
KV-1E is a seasonal issue, KV-1B is a incommon issue, the Yak-9K in a match even rarer compared to the vehicles I’ve mentioned.
Out of nowhere i see a drop of the US P-47 from 5.0 to 4.7 in Air RB.
I am not sure if you have realized that the US P-47 D-28 is identical to the P-47 D-30 we have in the Italian and Chinese TT. The air brake of the D-30s is not really decisive for average players.
So if you finally managed to align the BRs of the French B-26 with the US version (to RB 4.3) it would make sense that you avoid such deviations (D-28 vs D-30) upfront any planned changes.

Imho the current BR of the US D-28 of 5.0 is fine. If they suffer more than the IT or CHN D-30s this is just based on MM (nation pairing), uptier frequency and average skill level of their pilots. It is a fantastic aircraft, even admitting that the P-51 D-30 at the same BR is the better aircraft…
While the AMX-13 is indeed dumb to increase, the AMX M4 is completely understandable to go to a higher BR. The AMX M4 after the shell buffs literally just feels unfair to play and to the opponents. The EBR 1954 is a strange decision, but with the added (and deserved) shell, it shouldn’t struggle much in a 7.0 BR. I’m a French main aswell, but please stop defending the AMX M4 for no reason when it’s clear that it’s busted. Atleast now I can also use my AuF1 in its intended BR and have a line-up with it.
It’s really easy to front pen the amx m4 on it’s strongest side, it barely has any armor, disabling it is even more easier for all the m4 series since they have no stab nor little stabilization.
That is just on ennemies not learning weakspot, there is no need for increase of br for it.
And how exactly is the amx13 or m4 better in a ground battle than a tiger 2? All they have is mobility. Its just crazy how clueless the people doing balancing are
