I have a leopard 2PL and havent got through the tech tree at all, if i get the bonus for the modification does that get efficiently added to low teir vehicles

Just to make sure, 19000 out of 19000 RP from my leopard’s mod bonus will be added to the lower tier vehicles (rank II) ?
