Open the streams and replays, search for the match with your name checked off, review the replay, and then report them at the time it occurs. You watch from their perspective, and ensure under controls, assign a key to show vehicle contours. Turn that on at the beginning of the match and vehicles will be highlighted allowing you to easily see when they would be logically visible.
