I have on two occasions not received awards.On one occasion, 1 plane and 7 tanks. The other, 12 tanks and neither one showed any awards. It shows them when the game is over but when looking through new messages. It has none and they are not add into the total. So, I tried to take snapshots of the battle info. in new messages. It takes them but when it comes to find them. When I’m filling out a report. There is nothing to be found. I also tried to pull up replays while doing the report and not able to find them as well.I have tried different ways to take snapshots and moving the snapshots into war thunder’s snapshot file but still not showing when filling a report.In hopes someone can assist me with this issue?
