Renew premium without purchasing for it?

I may be in the wrong setting but for the last month I have been receiving notifications to renew my premium account DESPITE ME NEVER PURCHASING ONE. It’s been going on consistently at least once every week and whenever I click an option to cancel to renew, I just get another one.

Is there any fix to this or a way I can contact game support as I’m running out of options and it technically breaks the law in my State.

I’ve had the same issues. I believe this happens because of that one time when Gaijin apologized for attacks on their servers, giving everyone one day of premium as compensation. Ever since that, I’ve sometimes gotten notifications about having to renew premium. Just ignore it :p
