When the MH-60L DAP helicopter is not carrying weapons, can the weapon hardpoints be removed to make it look like a civilian version of the helicopter?

The MH-60L in your picture still has hardpoints on it, just looks like it doesn’t by the angle. Wasn’t 160th trying to replace ESSS a few years back? Either way, MH-60M for your time:
