how can i remove this prompt without binding the keys? its been pissing me off for a whole year now and i’m finally tired of having to click “continue anyways” each time

Just make the most devious bind, like control 0 or something
ctrl + 0 is bound to MAW CM slaving
Option control command shift p
bind it to ALT-F4
