Its not that htey are tagged in any perticular way but rather they are simply the most popular nations and as a result, have the most players queueing at any one time.
This can quite often be seen after a new event vehicle dropped. Prior to the Boxer being available, if queued at 10.7, the team might contain a few british players, but would usually be a mix of minor nations and 1 major. After it was basically pure Boxer players. Was kinda funny but also quite sad because they instantly lost every match
The only meaningful solution would be to stop handholding those 3 nations so much and buff the minor nations, making them more appealing to play. At top tier ground for example, Germany, USSR and US are a head of most minor nations overall by quite a margin.
there is no special classification in the MM that classes the 3 as major nations, its just the community and devs call them major since they have the largest player base and largest trees
“major” nations have been a thing since the games introduction of ground vehicles, and it was to allow historical battle accuracy, the evidence is just the matchmaking, sure you CAN get into a match with these three nations but not reliably and within a timely manner. it has nothing to do with battle rating, and probably so slightly small amount of event vehicles. These three nations are matchmade to go against eachother and not with
but on the same time, everyone knows US,USSR and Germany so they they mostly go for those nations wich i dont blame them for, if they bring more intresting stuff to other nations they will be more played but on the same time that dosent fix the issiue, and it just cant get fixed withouth affecting the “main” factions, thats why im saying this whole thing dosent make sense, thats also why i also asked for sheats cuz im doubtfull this is actually full truth, so far ive seen none, not trying to be rude against the guy, just wanna see more proof then “trust me bro”
Yeah, and that I agree with, but I also dont think they help the situation much either. Like in the past 8 or so months, the US and USSR have gotten more event vehicles than anyone else and multiple nations have gotten none and there are a lot of BRs where the usual advice is “dont play X nation” which just shouldnt be the case
So whilst yes, there will always be more popular nations and there isnt really much you can do about that, I also dont think they need to be giving carrots to the popular nations all the time whislt beating some of the minor nations with sticks constantly
