Rampage Missile: A Long-Range Powerhouse in Modern Warfare - Orbitshub
These should be added in near future.
A statement of current platforms, which only one is even vaguely capable of threatening a kh38 player, and even then generally should not be seeing them to my mind.
Last I checked, the update has not gone live to verify how effective the platforms are, unless you intend to insinuate that I am omniscient. If that’s the case, then I’m flattered but shockingly even I cannot predict the future and how effective people are with the tools available to them.
Since the new NATO SPAA that’s inbound has all been artificially gimped and will either have questionable effectiveness or be straight up useless against the 38MT abuse the only logical choice is to remove it completely from the game.
It’s a fantasy missile, anyways. Gaijin broke the rules by adding it.
Why do you think it’s only about the Brimstones? Besides the fact that Brimstones have a speed of 1m, they also have twice as little explosives.
AGM-65s have IR guidance, GNSS is single point.
@Sea_Harrier1
Only if Brimstone carriers move to 13.3 in ground RB, otherwise I’d stop playing 12.0 entirely.
Kh-38MTs have nothing on being teamkilled.
I think we need to get AGM-88 HARM, Longbow and fix the Brimstones.
13.3 AH-64s would be cool, but I personally wouldn’t grind for them.
AGM-88 HARM isn’t needed for these SPAA systems.
Was talking about IR specifically.
Laser + IOG missiles could already be tossed with a POI set, so all of this GNSS fuss seems blown out of proportion.
Brimstones have faster versions that could be implemented as well.
As for the second part, I think that saying you need to get lucky to kill something after three hits is a bit too much.
They might be easy to shoot down, but the sheer volume of them will simply overwhelm AAs, just like the Israeli helicopter with 16 Spikes does.
I wouldn’t want to play AAs if my job ends up being to spend more than half of my ammo to deal with a single CAS load.
Parity is a dangerous word to use in a game with asymmetrical balancing.
the only options are nerfs? like what, just keep them how they are, if you can read context and understand the game its very easy to avoid and counter KH38s, any TV or IR guided for that matter
Would you rather “It brings the plausible efficacy within reasonable distance of the efficacy demonstrated by kh38 carriers whilst accounting for the varied nature and payload capacity of the armaments compared”? Which could have been inferred from the position I was presenting, and really shouldn’t have needed to be spelled out.
By virtue of the way they would impact the target provided they were given fnf comparable to other platforms, the impact point would be unlikely to kill the target, 3 would generally be required to secure a kill with any certainty. It is still quite plausible they will only cripple the target, but it is generally going to be the number required to secure the kill.
Some may break through, sure. But just like spikes, their single hit efficacy against moderately protected targets is going to be incredibly limited. If they’re salvoed at an AA, majority of them should be pretty comfortable downing them, if the vikhr salvos of old are any indicator.
Don’t analyze his messages too deep, he’s just saying “It’s only allowed if it’s soviet” over and over again in every thread. This “asymmetrical balancing” nonsense he got from someone else is just a way of saying “uhm, pwewase don’t touch my toys!!”
As I said, no matter how you spell it, the thing you’re asking for is a giant rabbit hole.
You want all A2G weapons to be on par.
Someone else might want all A2A weapons to be on par.
Third one might want all FMs to be on par.
Same goes for tanks and their mobility, armor, shells, reload, optics, you name it…
This simply isn’t feasible due to the fact things aren’t being made equal and since we have 10 nations in the game, doctrines can and will differ so getting vehicles to be carbon copies of each other is impossible.
Not really what I saw but everyone can have their own opinion.
AAs wouldn’t have many options.
Either they’ll spend half (or even more, some might spend all) of their maximum ammo count to counter one salvo or risk having like half of their team end up dead or seriously crippled at the very least.
Playing AAs against that isn’t fun even if you, for some reason, don’t increase the speed of Brimstones. CAS is out of hand at plenty of tiers, which is a perfect excuse for TO to be added.

Have you watched this video? Mavericks cannot do such a thing unlike the KH-38’s
(Relatively close to the Grom1 situation ➞ fire grom1’s at long range ➞ land ➞ from 1’s will glide to a base without actively being in the fight)
Grom 1s are 10km longer range than Grom 2s with half the explosive filler, they were worse than Grom 2s in every usable metric. Both were over 90km in range.
That and Mavericks would be worse with GNSS, just as Kh-38s are worse in GNSS mode than in laser or IR mode.
wHeRes Is tHe “Do nOtHinG” option lol learn how to do a proper vote rather than one which basically forces user to do whatever you want lol. because not everyone has the same opinion as you
massive copium
We asked for that, and they nerfed all the SPAAs instead
Lets just not play GRB at max BR until Gajin comes to its senses :)
