It is, it actually uses a Linear Shaped Charge warhead, not a generic GPHE design. So is under performing by about 30~50% depending on how exactly TNTe is modeled.
The Glide ratio is also probably worse than it should be for the ER kits, a ratio of about 21:1, not 9:1 would be about right.

Yes, if you want both the Targeting pod (AAR-45 LANA is actually a Navigation pod, and can only be slewed to correlate the A2G radar), access Mavericks and the AIM-9L.
You will need to shell out for the A-7K.

so you have to instead of carrying 6 you have to sacrifice one AGM62 in order to carry a pod, meanwhile on Su-22M3 you have to… oh wait you dont have any fire and forget munition on it

meanwhile Su-22M4 is 11.0 and A-7 is 10.7 soviet doesnt have a lineup at 11.0 instead your T-72 have to face Leopard 2A7 just to fill that lineup. In that case if you are going to fight in 12.0 why bother with just Su-22. i will just bring Su-34

You could say the same thing about taking the F-111 or F-14B, in place of the A-7 It’s not like any nation really has a strong 11.0 lineup.

there is no lineup for soviet for 11.0 you only got Su-25BM(locked behind paywall) and T-90A
for 10.7 you have an M1 Abrams, 120S, M3A3, M1128, LAV AD, XM975, AH-6M, OH-58D, A-10A Late, A-7D, A-7E all of these aircraft have target locking function by the way. Do you want me to continue?

Su-25BM is locked behind paywall and so does Su-25K if you notice none of the vehicle i listed is locked behind paywall if you want to pull ground vehicles in too 2S38, 292, T-80UD, T-72M2 and T-72AV is also locked behind paywall not like it matters since other ground vehicle is quite good
Su-22M3 is terrible. ironically the only usable CAS here is Mi-35 because it can actually lock its target

wasnt my whole point here was why Su-17M4 at 11.0 i didnt remember supporting Su-17M4 being 11.0 nor calling out A-10 and A-7 to be br raise
the whole point here was players complain about Kh-38 being lobbed at them at 12.0. now i asked the same question was it balance that US main mainly can lob these AGM65 and 62 at 10.7 even lower actually at 9.7 and yet no one has complain about what convenient for them. the imbalance is only applied when other side get them
