So long as the Pantsir is in game with no “similar” vehicles to it, the 9M is fully balanced. Honestly, if the person isn’t shot down by the time they get to you, they kind of deserved the kill anyway.

Also, pretty sure you guys have the R-27. Why not use that? Or the R-73? Or why not just… Play ground vehicles in ground RB?

Pay attention to enemy. Its kinda obvious when he want to launch missile , esspecially from rear aspect , and then just pre flare it. But it depends on your playstyle. If you are more of a dogfighter take flare priority but chaff is more useful in Air AB/RB. If you are ground player i`d take flares.
