Personally, I think the various Tiger 1s should have the option to choose whether or not to have tracks mounted on the turret, like various tanks in the game.
This is because most historical photos featuring Tigers don’t have them, especially since few Tigers actually had them.
This simple mechanic would make the turret sides more accessible to various skin creators and would also be a great addition to historical recreations.
