Obviously not, I’m sure you’re aware of what BR compression is. Do you think PD radar + 7E2 is comparable to the non-existent radar missiles most other 11.3s get? Or the non-PD radar the strongest 11.3 gets?
I should not have to explain BR compression to long time veterans everyday for them to forget what it is the very next day.

Aim-7F and Aim-7M is equal. Aim-7M is the msot common SARH found at 12.0+. So at least things like the Tornado F3 and F-4S stand a reasonable chance of at least matching the SARH performance of most things they face in an uptier.
Viggen D and FGR2 are fighting with a massive handicap with ntoably weaker SARH missiles that are usually found at 11.3 such as on the F-4E, Viggen C and Hawk 200 RDA.
Yes, obviously the game should be decompressed, and obviously if the game ever does get decompressed the FGR2 and Viggen D would sit at lower BRs than the F-4S and Tornado F3 as they have weaker missiles. But my statement is perfectly correct for the current state of the game.
Some 12.0s such as the Tornado F3 do fine, they have the radar, RWR, CMs, and missile kit to pose a threat to even aircraft in a full uptier. Something like the Viggen D with its much weaker RWR and far more limited missile kit, really doesnt and yet both are 12.0.

Depends on the aircraft its facing. If given the choice between Hawk 200 RDA and Harrier T10. Harrier T10 wins every single time.
In its current 1 flare defeat state. To be honest. Its definetly somewhere in that BR range these days. Id call it a 10.7/11.0 weapon quite happily.
So you DO think the AIM-9L is a 10.3 missile… impeccable logic. PD radar completely changes how sparrows can be used. It is not a 11.3 tier of capability. The only two aircraft with this capability at or below 11.3 are a Hawk (so an A-10 equivalent, same exact reasoning for BR), and a JA37C which is simply an outlier aircraft that probably should be 11.7. Do not pretend that just because the 12.0 UK phantoms get 7E2s, and just because they are performing badly due to power creep and BR compression that you can get start saying the 7E2 with a PD radar set is somehow now a 11.3 tier of capability.
