I had such a problem that I used to buy goods at low regional prices in the gaijin store, but as I started using a VPN, regional prices in rubles changed to the price in dollars, they told me to write to tech support, and I did, but one does not respond for the 2nd day, how can I return regional prices? And who has experience in this problem, please share it.
For starters you could stop using your VPN. Maybe it’ll change back automatically, if not then you just have to wait for support to get back to you
Turning off the VPN will fix it. If I still have my VPN on when I open the store, it shows USD. Once I turn it off and go back to the store, it is in DP.
I had a similar issue. I was trying a VPN out and visited war thunder store the currency changed to hong kong dollars. Later with the VPN off went back to the store and it was still in HKD. Figured it was cached ore something. So cleared that out and came back a month later and it was still HKD. Sent in a support ticket and it took a few days probably around a week or so but they got it fixed.
Please wait for answer from support. It can take a while, it depends on number of tickets they have in queue. Please be sure to do not “bump” your ticket with adding answers to it before you get replay from support - it will only slower the response time.
Please do not use VPN when you are checking our store.
