Regarding the unjustified account ban by customer support and their completely unhelpful responses to my four appeals

Hello everyone,

Everything seems so absurd. After I logged into a friend’s account, I discovered that all the resources were blank. I restarted the game, and the launcher automatically updated 11GB of files. After that, I logged into my own account, and just two or three hours later, my account was banned, claiming that I had modified the game files without permission. I want to clarify that all changes were performed by the game itself; I did not manipulate or modify any files.

The responses I received from customer support regarding my appeals have been ridiculous. I filed appeals four times, and each time, the responses were utterly unhelpful. They insisted, with unwavering certainty, that I had modified the game files, and yet their response time was merely two minutes. Similar posts in the forum have also gone unresolved.

I hope for a reasonable and understandable response to this situation, rather than the meaningless denials I received from customer support earlier.
