We all know the Bandkanon 1C that we currently have in game, such a unique artillery piece. One interesting aspect is the cover of the cannon used for concealment which is seen in real life, however, there’s an issue in game; It clips with the hull.
This could be solved simply by either removing the cover (as seen in the earlier Bkan versions) or allowing us to choose between both (like seen in vehicles like the VFW). It’d be nice to fix the issue without compromising the gun’s traverse.
Or here me out, gaijin could ignore it like they normally do and add the AKV 151 and call it a day. I think the netting as a module would be cool but i think its more likely gaijin would just add a separate vehicle rather than fix the Bacon tbf.
This on the 122B+ which i got from the bug report thats been accepted since it was added as the roll covers your sight making it nearly unusable vs all other Leos.
I think its a problem of gaijin needing to change the model themselves which takes longer since the models in game are made by other companies iirc
i was talking about how they limited turret traverse on the leo without modeling in the solution (turning off the stabilizer momentarily which lets the gun lower below the normal limit )
Oh i know, but thats based on a historical report. Both the Bkan and Leo sight are model issues. The Bkan imo should just be given the ability to have the net clip through considering the numerous other vehicles that are allowed to clip their barrel through their chassis but if you bug report it its denied because it would affect gameplay of said vehicle…
The other Strvs 122s also has that same roll, the problem is that the commander sight placement seems to be lower on the B+ for some reason which is why it’s suddenly in the way
