Gaijin devs should rename the Leopard A1A1 L44 (BR 9.3) into “Leopard 1A6” as its original designated name, and should buff the turret armour with extra armour outside the turret, increasing survivability, I dont know the extra armour turret specifications ( e.g elements/thickness) but I would like to see it in-game, so as the players.
To make it fair if Gaijin may add this, heres the changes that Gaijin will make:

AFAIK the model we have in game has the correct armor, and I couldnt find anything on the bug report site regarding missing or incorrectly modeled turret armor.

These are practically different vehicles altogether.
I do have my doubts about gaijins naming of the in game leo 1a1l44 but its quite confusing overall.
Specially since Rheinmetall calls it Leopard 1 MPI
But the A1A1 L/44 is just maximum Wrong, like, there is no connection to the A1A1, but much closer to an 1A5

Survivability = Amount of damage taken when penned.
