So for context i used to play warthunder on an old xbox and got up to 8.3 britain when my xbox shat the bed and died. i then quit for a bit and came back on my laptop but i have been interested in playing some britain again so was thinking why not get my old account back.
However.
I know i cant transfer my account cause gaijin gave up on that. Gaijin also seems to have given up on the email linking for xbox accounts specifically as at the top of the page on that it says this

i have managed to log in to the account on the store and have the xbox login on the xbox website. does anyone have any idea how i can get this account back short of paying for xbox game pass to cloud play it (which i feel like would js be miserable with my connection)
