So recently I accidentally reset all my Keybinds and have no idea which is which.
could any of you tell me what the best keybinds are so I can get back up on my feet?
What game mode, what vehicles, what BR range?
For air RB (gunfighter BRs):
You’ll definitely want to make sure you got pitch up/down bound somewhere convenient.
You’ll want manual flaps bound somewhere convenient so that you can use landing flaps without your gear.
If you fly certain planes, having MEC set-up (Swap between AEC/MEC, prop pitch, oil, water and gear swap. I put all my MEC controls on numpad)
Make sure to unbind “TRACKING CAMERA: enemy” - it can and will kill you.
Binding “Open/Close” bomb bay can be helpful for getting your bombs on target
Binding “Weapon selector ripple quantity” and “Fire secondary weapons” helps bomb runs (LEGION's Loadouts 2.03 - Bomb chart and USA-Germany Loadouts are up to date, Russia in progress- War Thunder Bomb Chart - Google Spreadsheets)
Bind free look to one of your most convenient buttons.
Hold throttle for WEP to OFF
toggle engine off from I to sth like Alt+I so you dont accidentally press it
Set all instructor toggles for mouse aim to “no”, especially near-ground control takeover
For air sim:
(I go against his advice and say use Standard rather than simplified though).
