Received game block and negative GE balance after having NOT made any purchases in months

I recently received a negative GE balance of 2k get and received the subsequent game block. But I have not made a purchase of GE in Warthunder since Dec 24th 2023. I checked my credit card statements and have NOT received any funds back from gaijin, all of my purchases are fully valid.
