Rearrangements to the British Ground Forces Tree

So are we going to see the Aussie Abrams and Canuck Leopard brought to the UK tree where they’ve always belonged?

No?

The user i replied to asked if the changes had already been made (and has also previously asked when these changes will be implemented).

Ohhhh

I know, but what I mean is it’s not SA line anymore its something else, like light tank line

This foldering stuff seems dubious.
Why don’t you instead folder M109A1 with G6 and the FV4005 with Conway?
They are similar in chasis/armament and in playstyles and are not that far away in BR.

I am in the Commonwealth and I hate that Gaijin seems to think it’s some military alliance. It’s not.

Had to add the most famous F-111, of course. No one gave the F-111 the respect it deserved like the Aussies.

Aight, fella. Lets not go too far. 1999 referendum failed, but you’re making us sound like some colony. We only participate in America’s dumb wars these days.

well i believe the Commonwealth county’s should be in the same nation because the have the same design bureau the same with the Ukrainians tanks should go in the Ussr.

But they don’t? Ukraine (minus tanks donated in the ongoing conflict) are of USSR design. Australia hasn’t had anything to do with British designs for a long time - opting for US based designs for vehicles/jets for decades now, and even French designs before that (Mirage III and (dud) MRH-90 Taipan). WW2 stuff? sure. And of course, India with its T-90 and SU-30MKI and all the other Russian/US/French/Israeli gear are not of the same design bureau again. Out of all the reasons to group Commonwealth nations in one tree, a common design bureau is the least realistic.

As controversial as it is Aussie and Canadian vehicles basically go wherever gaijin decides.
Believe me. I would love it if it was all under one tree but it probably won’t be.
If they gave the Canadian Leo and Aussie Abrams to England it would pave the way for Israel to get the additional Merkava variants. Which I personally love. However, they probably won’t.

Yes, adding vehicle models to events and then removing their original tech tree and not being able to include them there seems like a huge planning failure to me. Similarly to when they listed vehicles that entered production and combat in significant numbers as limited-event tanks and couldn’t be purchased.
I have the Merkava Mk1, the Mk2B (Late), and the 3D in the US tech tree, and I wouldn’t hesitate to move them to the Israeli tech tree if possible. Similarly, I had the Magach 3 in the US tech tree and the Shot Kal Dalet in the UK tech tree. They were later added to the Israeli tech tree, so I had to buy them again because I wanted to use them in their original tech tree.
Gaijin in these types of situations should give players the opportunity to choose where to leave those vehicles, so that whoever wants them in the old tech tree can leave them, and whoever wants to change them to put them in their national tech tree, can change them.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 2A4 or 2A6 in UK for next update

yea i agree with you and that’s a good part because its add variety, i know personally that a lot of Australians don’t like the idea being under the British so its your choice to decide i believe that gaijin should put in a vote for only Australians players where there country should go.

Australia already have 14 vehicles in the uk tree and one in the us, i think it is already decided where they’re going.

It’s where we belong.

Which was why I found India was an odd choice since Australia has already got a huge amount of vehicles in Britain
