Rbs 56 (BILL) detonating way before reaching top of tank

Hey folks,

I’ve been running into a problem with the RBS 56 (BILL). Instead of detonating over the target tank like it’s supposed to, it sometimes goes off really early, detonating over the ground before it ever reaches the vehicle you are aiming at.

Just to be clear:

  • It’s not detonating over wrecked/dead tanks. I know that happens already and no-?
  • It’s not being stopped by any kind of APS / being shot down

It’s simply failing to reach the target and going off way too soon.

Has anyone else been seeing this behavior? Wondering if it’s a bug or if something else is going on?

Please provide actual footage of this occurring so you can save us having to put faith in you not just detonating it something like a bush. Thanks. Just wanna make sure you’re not like this Bradley player:

No it just detonates over terrain-? like a ridge even if its aimed well over it

But i will make sure to provide a clip of it happening
